Sigma 18-250mm f3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM
Sigma announces another lens in their line-up, the Sigma 18-250mm F3.5-6.3 DC OS HSM with a 13.8 times zoom ratio. It incorporates Sigma’s original anti-shake compensation function. The lens incorporates four SLD (Special Low Dispersion) glass elements and three aspherical lens elements that provides excellent image quality.
The Sigma 18-250 has a minimum focusing distance of 45cm, ideal for close-up photography. Front lens rotation is eliminated with its inner focusing system. Filter thread is 72mm in diameter. The lens is supplied with a petal-type hood and a soft lens case.
Sigma 18-250mm is expected to be launched in March 10, 2009.
