Hi Julie,
yes of course :) thanks for dropping by
I’ve never been to Siquijor yet, though my ancestors, the side of my lola, came from there. What we hear of Siquijor are stories which describe the desperate and misery which forced youngsters to migrate to other places who ended up doing menial jobs as househelpers, houseboys, gardeners, etc.
But your brilliant execution of these photos depicts the Island to be a sparkling paradise, which needs to be visited by every nature loving Filipino. Vow ako sa ‘yo, friend.
@JessQ
My experience in Siquijor was unforgettable. I’ve heard weird stories about the place for so long, but when I got there, it’s the other way around. The people there are friendly and the place is just AWESOME… clear waters.. pristine beaches abound… and pollution is virtually nil. There’s even a high end resort there, the Cocogrove, most of their guests are foreigners. If I have a chance of getting a place there, I’d get one for myself.
Huwow!!! Ka-nindut sa place uie… tin-aw pa gyud kaau ang tubig, kalami iligo, hehehe….
