Canon and Nikon released updates for the firmware of Canon 40D, Nikon D3 and Nikon D700. Firmware updates include corrections to battery capacity display, sensor cleaning malfunction, assist beam firing, color correction, time zone discrepancy, rare black dot occurence in long exposures and many others.
