All photos in this site are copyrighted and property of Leonard Pe, unless otherwise stated and credited. Unauthorized copying and use is strictly prohibited.

I’d be willing to help and answer questions about photography the best way I can but please bear with me if I can’t always do so immediately. I also have my usual work and other things to do to support myself and this hobby of mine. If you wanted to use my photos, then it depends on how will you use it. Send me a letter or email stating formally what, where, how and how long will you use my photos.

I allow people to use my photos for their charitable  projects, for education or tourism promotion, if and only if that the PROJECT itself is FREE FOR EVERYBODY to enjoy and that all people involve also SHARES their time, talent and effort also for FREE for that particular project.

So for projects, even educational, that the finished product will be entered for contests or will be sold, then it is NOT considered a free project.
Please respect copyright, yes that one with a © symbol. Be reminded that what you see or stumble upon in the internet is NOT ALWAYS FREE. Artists spend their hard earned money to buy the best gadgets and tools they can afford, spend on expensive gasoline to travel and RISK their NECKS and LIMBS just to reach those far flung areas to get a decent photo.

So please give the artists even a little RESPECT they deserve, it can go a long way.

Some of these advertisers may use technology such as cookies and web beacons when they advertise on this site, which will also send these advertisers (such as Google through the Google AdSense program) information including your IP address, your ISP , the browser you used to visit our site, and in some cases, whether you have Flash installed. This is generally used for geotargeting purposes (showing New York real estate ads to someone in New York, for example) or showing certain ads based on specific sites visited (such as showing cooking ads to someone who frequents cooking sites).

DoubleClick DART cookies

Google may also use DART cookies for ad serving through Google’s DoubleClick, which places a cookie on your computer when you are browsing the web and visit a site using DoubleClick advertising (including some Google AdSense advertisements). This cookie is used to serve ads specific to you and your interests. This is called “interest based targeting.” The ads served will be targeted based on your previous browsing history (For example, if you have been viewing sites about visiting Las Vegas, you may see Las Vegas hotel advertisements when viewing a non-related site, such as on a site about hockey). DART uses “non personally identifiable information”. It does NOT track personal information about you, such as your name, email address, physical address, telephone number, social security numbers, bank account numbers or credit card numbers. You can opt-out of this ad serving on all sites using this advertising by visiting http://www.doubleclick.com/privacy/dart_adserving.aspx
